Designed by Jorge Perez and Yoo by Philippe Starck, the 26-story, 343-unit luxury beachfront condominiums will include one-, two- and three-bedroom oceanfront residences, many with private elevators, and 7 with pool villas.

Construction started in 2007 with completion some time late 2009. These are residences, not a condo-hotel. However is speculated that Related will be contracting with the hotel next door to provide hotel-like amenities. There is a long list of amenities, including a 500 foot long infinity pool, a spa, lobby and common areas designed by Philippe Starck, outdoor fire pit with views downtown, and 1000 feet of beach front. The goal is to deliver an unmatched level of luxury, style, and quality to Mexico's coast.
